\n\tOne of the professions for Accounting graduates is to become an auditor. Therefore, the Accounting study program conducted its annual program of student excursion to one of the big four audit firms in the world.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tOn Wednesday, June 22, 2016, SGU Accounting students from the 2nd<\/sup>, 4th<\/sup> and 8th<\/sup> semester, accompanied by Mrs. Imelda Suardi, Mr. Nurdayadi and Mr. Alfiandri visited Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Indonesia at the Plaza Office Tower, Central Jakarta. The objective of this excursion was to provide broader view and experience in the auditing matters. SGU Accounting students needed to understand and get familiar with the audit job environment and the type of financial services that provided by the audit firm. \n<\/p>\n \n\tThe Osman Bing Satrio & Eny Registered Public Accountants has over 80 Partners and Directors with more than 1,100 professionals located in two offices i.e., Jakarta and Surabaya. Deloitte Indonesia specializes in combining their technical expertise and deep industry knowledge across five professional areas – audit, tax, financial advisory, enterprise risk services and consulting. In addition to these, they are also delivering consistent high quality services to many companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange as well as multinational and large national enterprises, public institutions, and fast-growing companies.\n<\/p>\n \n\tDuring the excursion, the students received the overview of audit services and were introduced to the audit work environment. At the same time, the students had the opportunity to meet the SGU Accounting alumni working at Deloitte and also had an office tour to look at their workstations.
