Lecturers and accounting students from semester 2, 4 and 8 participated in the excursion.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tThe aim of the excursion was to gain an insight into the type of work of the audit firm and to enrich audit knowledge for accounting students. KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services, working closely with clients, helping them to mitigate risks and grasp opportunities. KPMG Indonesia is one of the largest practices in the country, providing services to multinational corporations, joint ventures and domestic companies operating in a wide range of business sectors. They explained about the working environment at KPMG as well as the career opportunities within KPMG. Furthermore, KPMG ASEAN also offers scholarships to accounting students.
