The purpose of this event was to share expert advice from the President Commissioner of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk., Prof. Ir. Jusman Syafii Djamal for all MME and MIT Students.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-large wp-image-13667 aligncenter\" height=\"354\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sgu.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/WEB1-1024x505.jpg\" title=\"\" width=\"717\" \/><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><em><strong>Participants of MME &#8211; MIT Studium Generale<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tDuring the Studium Generale, Professor Jusman presented the topic of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship which was beneficial for the MME and MIT students to understand the difference between market driven and technology driven. He also shared his experience in the aviation industry based on his experience as the President Commissioner of PT Cardig Aero Services, President Director of PT Dirgantara Indonesia, and as a former Minister of Transportation of the First United Cabinet (2007 &ndash; 2009).\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tHe talked about how the aviation industry in Indonesia has thrived since its inception. Other than that, also as a former of President Commissioner PT Telkom Indonesia, his viewpoint of how technology could change the world gave a deep thought in the IT sector as well as in the engineering sector. Participants seemed very interested in hearing his viewpoints about technology and innovation, such as about manufacturing a Fast Train in Java Island and the history of IPTN (Industri Pesawat Terbang Nusantara \/ Indonesia Aerospace Company).\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tAt the end of the event, Dr. med. Frans Tshai, the Chairman of SGU foundation, awarded a plaque to Mr. Jusman as a symbol of gratitude for being willing to share his knowledge, viewpoints, and experience to all students, alumni, and lecturers of MME and MIT.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-large wp-image-13668 aligncenter\" height=\"478\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sgu.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/WEB2-1024x683.jpg\" title=\"\" width=\"717\" \/><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><b><i>From left to right: Dr.Mohammad Amin A.
