Initially perfected by the French, all sauces are now universally categorized into one of 5 groups of sauces serving as a base or foundation for others sauces and referred to as the Grand or Mother Sauces. From this basic sauce, types of variety sauces are made which are called Secondary Sauce. The amount of sauce is very large and there is no certainty about the exact amount, because the sauce is developed with the Chef Creation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There are 5 types of Mother Sauce namely Hollandaise Sauce, Bechamel Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Veloute Sauce, Espagnole Sauce. but of the 5 types of Mother Sauce, Mother Sauce has basic ingredients as the basic sauce for those 5 types of Mother Sauce. The basic ingredients for Mother Sauce are White Stock, Brown Stock, Milk, Tomato Paste, Clarified Butter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Basic Ingredients Mother Sauce:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">White Stock <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>White stock is a flavorful liquid made by simmering bones, vegetables, and aromatics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Brown Stock<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Brown Stock is the result of boiling fish bones, chicken bones, or beef bones which are roasted or grilled to release the burning taste and smoky taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Tomato Paste\n<ul>\n<li>Tomato Paste is a thick paste made from tomatoes that are cooked for several hours to reduce the water content, Tomato Paste tends to have a sour smell and smell of dried tomatoes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Clarified Butter<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Clarified Butter is butter that has had water and milk solids removed by cooking using low heat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now, let&rsquo;s get to know more type of Mother Sauce:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hollandaise Sauce<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hollandaise sauce, also called Dutch sauce, is a mixture of egg yolk, melted butter, and lemon juice. It is usually seasoned with salt, and either white pepper or cayenne pepper.
