Teknik pengawetan berguna menghindari pembusukan dan memperpanjang waktu penyimpanan makanan dan umumnya melibatkan pendinginan, pemanasan, atau penambahan bahan kimia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi pangan, teknik pengawetan pun semakin berkembang. Saat ini telah berkembang teknik pengawetan non-thermal (tanpa suhu tinggi) yang menggunakan tekanan tinggi &ndash; High Pressure Processing (HPP) yang dapat mengurangi jumlah mikroba dan menginaktivasi enzim. Teknik pengawetan ini memberikan efek pasteurisasi tanpa mengubah kandungan nutrisi dan sensori dari bahan pangan. Sejalan dengan kerjasama akademisi dan industri antara Swiss German University dan PT Sewu Segar Primatama (Re.juve), mahasiswa Teknologi Pangan SGU melakukan kunjungan industri ke fasilitas produksi Re.juve di Tangerang. Tak hanya belajar langsung mengenai teknologi pengawetan terkini, mereka juga belajar mengenai Good Manufacturing Practice, Quality Control, dan Clean Label.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dr. rer.nat Filiana Santoso, Rektor dan juga dosen Teknologi Pangan SGU menyebutkan bahwa &ldquo;Pendidikan di universitas selayaknya memberikan pengalaman belajar yang dekat dengan industri untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa terjun langsung ke masyarakat. Kolaborasi SGU dan Re.juve merupakan salah satu bentuk komitmen kedua institusi untuk membangun industri pangan yang lebih sehat melalui edukasi masyarakat dan inovasi teknologi produksi pangan&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Tentang Re.juve&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PT Sewu Segar Primatama, perusahaan nasional sekaligus produsen cold-pressed juice dengan merek dagang Re.juve merupakan pemimpin dan pelopor jus ultra-premium di Indonesia.
