3. Tidak pernah terpikir saya bisa mendapatkan uang di Jerman selama belajar dan mengunjungi Allianz Arena. Studying Sustainable Energy and Environment in SGU gave me a great chance to be exposed to all kinds of renewable energy. SGU provided us with great lecturers and staff to learn from, added with two internship periods that played a big role in shaping my professionalism. After studying SEE in SGU,

The program provided by SGU is very effective with the double degree program. We don’t need to study for a long period of time abroad. It helps me to be more effective in terms of time and cost. Because the learning provided is of an international standard, it trains me to think in a structured way and analyze problems well, especially in the business aspect.

The program provided by SGU is very compatible with the industrial world at this time and is increasing my understanding of the global industry. The courses I enjoy most are Innovation Technology Management, Sensors, and Actuators, Mechatronic System Design. Understanding the above, facilitating me to see the system, in more detail,

The internship has taught me much new knowledge and has allowed me to become more familiar with the professional software development industry. All this new knowledge, covering both hard and soft skills, will definitely be very useful for my future. This semester brings changes to how I will work on and handle future software development projects at the university,

A year in Germany was an utterly incredible experience for me. Having one semester studying German, we got the chance to explore and experience their culture. The internship challenged both our hard skills and soft skills, as we not only had to complete the project, but also we had to interact with foreign co- workers.
Overall, the exchange program gave us the opportunity to develop and challenge ourselves independently.

Joining SGU’s internship program in Germany is one of the best choices that I have made in my life. The benefit is not only to get a Double Degree, there are also many lessons that are useful for self development, such as discipline, hard work, and learning to be independent. Internship program improved my knowledge and also made me a better person.

Why SGU? The class is provided in English, so everything 100% in English, SGU offers two mandatory Internships, the first in the third semester in Jakarta and the second in the sixth semester is internship abroad (mostly in Germany). Therefore, the students have working experience before graduating.
Students can be registered as an exchange student with a partner university to acquire a double degree for those who qualified with certain requirements. SGU has a strong network with many multinational companies, particularly German companies. The most important thing was the lectures were really cooperative and helpful.

I would describe Swiss German University has played a key role in my professional experience. It was exciting and dynamic. The best thing about being a student here is the number of additional opportunities that are available. I was initially attracted here by the international university reputation and my career goals.
The best thing about the degree is having the freedom to think of an idea and test its practical application. I feel extremely lucky to be in an environment that is surrounded by true professionals and allow me to do research on what interests me the most. To any new students coming to the University, I would say this: Throw yourself at every opportunity that comes your way. If it gets too much, you can always scale back, but those opportunities can make all the difference between getting what you want and having to settle for second best.
