Exploring the Intricacies of Sugar: SGU Hosts Insightful General Lecture on Nutrition, Addiction, and Beyond
Thursday, November 2, 2023 – An intellectually stimulating event took place at SGU campus as the Food Technology program organized a General Lecture on the intriguing theme, “When Sugar Becomes More Than Nutrition: Food and Addiction – Does it Exist?” The lecture was led by distinguished speakers, Professor Magdalena Czlapka-Matuasik from the Faculty of Food and Nutrition at Poznan University of Life Sciences, Poland, and Professor C. Hanny Wijaya from the Food Sciences and Technology Department at IPB.
