Exploring the IT World: Swiss German University Students Visit NTT Data and Aptaworks
On June 28, 2024, second and fourth-semester students from the Information Technology (IT) Program at Swiss German University (SGU) visited the NTT Data office at The Breeze and Aptaworks in West Jakarta. This visit was part of an annual excursion designed specifically for SGU IT students, aimed at introducing them to the IT industry firsthand.
During this event, the students had the opportunity to observe and learn about the application of various IT technologies in the industry directly. This experience is expected to provide motivation and valuable knowledge, helping students to better prepare themselves with relevant skills for their future careers.
In addition to offering practical insights, this excursion also opens up internship opportunities for the students in the future. The program aims not only to bridge academic education with real-world work experience but also to strengthen the good relationship between Swiss German University and companies like NTT Data and Aptaworks.
As a further step, the IT Program will establish a collaboration agreement with NTT Indonesia Technology and Aptaworks. This partnership is expected to enrich the students’ learning experiences and open up more career development opportunities in the IT field.
