What You Will Learn:
- Post-Harvest Coffee Processes: Understand the meticulous steps involved after coffee cherries are harvested.
- Sorting and Grading Coffee Beans: Learn how to evaluate and classify coffee beans based on quality standards.
- Coffee Cupping Techniques: Master the art of tasting and evaluating coffee like a professional.
- Coffee Roasting: Explore the roasting process and how it impacts flavor profiles.
- Brewing Like a Pro: Gain hands-on experience in brewing methods to create the perfect cup.
Program Details:
- Schedule: Every Thursday on the second and fourth week of the month
- Time: 09:00 – 17:00
