Information Technology Dept of Swiss German University Workshop: “Membuat Game Dengan Mudah Menggunakan Gamesalad”
Swiss German University's, Information Technology Department proudly held a Workshop and Competition titled “Membuat game dengan mudah menggunakan gamesalad” at SGU campus, Bsd city Tangerang. GameSalad is an application used to create 2D games, and is known for creating games without code for a variety of platforms, from iOS (iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad), Android, Windows Phone, Mac, and HTML 5. GameSalad has created various games and has popular with many users..
This event started with a workshop attended by 13 participants from Stella Maris School and Stella Maris International School. The participants acquired knowledge regarding how to creat 2D games using GameSalad, and experienced a direct simulation. The purpose of this event was for SGU to introduce an easy way to create digital games using GameSalad program.
The event continued with a competition in which the participants created 6 unique and creative games . The winners of the competition manufactured simple games using GameSalad, 1st Winner: Alvin Rosselvet & Nicholas Ray (SMA Stella Marris International), 2nd Winner: Rendy Phil & Air Abhipraya (SMA Stella Marris BSD) and the last 3rd Winner: Air Abhipraya (SMA Stella Marris BSD), all received a Free Entrance Test and MAP Voucher. The Information Technology Department of SGU was able to provide new knowledge and experience for all the participants that will be of use to them in the future.
