Biography:
Mr. Ivan Kurniawan is a Faculty Member of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Swiss German University. He lectures several study courses in industrial engineering. He has a commendable academic track record. He started his undergraduate study in 2013 and received both Sarjana Teknik (S.T.) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) from Swiss German University (Indonesia) and South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences (Germany), respectively. After he graduated, he continued his education. He attained Magister Teknik (M.T.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia (Indonesia) with a specialization in logistics and production systems and M.B.A. in Industrial Management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan). He started teaching at Swiss German University in 2020. Aside from lecturing, he also conducted several collaborative projects with industries. Most of his research is on the field of supply chain management, lean operation, digital twinning, production system, circular economy, and sustainable development. He’s an expert in system modeling and simulation modeling. Currently, he serves as the head of the integrated industrial engineering laboratory under the industrial engineering department
