Exploring Indonesia Culture Experience of International Exchange Students

The International Exchange Student Cultural Trip is an activity organized and prepared by the Swiss German University to provide an experience of learning and socializing with Indonesian people, as well as introduce the culture and daily lives of Indonesians.

Students are expected to get positive experiences from this activity and share experiences with other students. A series of activities were prepared to get them excited to be in Indonesia. Our first destination was an Ecoprint – Galery 37, Serpong where students had the opportunity to make modern and environment-friendly Batik-Ecoprint. It was then followed by a cooking experience of Indonesian special sambal at SanRah Food. The next activity was to visit Warung Tuman, the best-hidden gem in South Tangerang, and witness the opening of a special “Palang Pintu” show of Betawi. Then the students had a hand in learning how to play the Gamelan at Puspo Budoyo. 

We love seeing our students having fun as they make new friends and try out new things.
