SGU and Alumni Berlin Indonesia Sign MoU to Enhance Educational Cooperation
Jakarta, May 12th, 2024 – The Swiss German University (SGU) and Alumni Berlin Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Jakarta to strengthen cooperation in the field of education.
Dr. Nila K. Hidayat, S.E, M.M, Vice Rector II of SGU, and Mr. Wibisono Wijono, Chairman of the Board of Alumni Berlin Indonesia, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions.
The essence of this MoU is to foster cooperation in the realm of education and to fortify relations between the two institutions. The scope of activities outlined in this agreement includes:
- Alumni Berlin Indonesia will extend recommendations to students in Germany, particularly in Berlin, urging them to pursue their education at SGU. This initiative primarily targets students encountering academic hurdles in Germany who aspire to transfer to SGU for their educational journey.
- SGU and Alumni Berlin Indonesia will explore and execute additional collaborations that benefit both parties, with a particular focus on the field of education. This encompasses joint projects and programs aimed at enhancing educational experiences, fostering academic excellence, and promoting mutual understanding between the two institutions.
The MoU between SGU and Alumni Berlin Indonesia represents a significant step towards enriching educational cooperation and fostering stronger ties. By focusing on mutual benefits and shared goals, this collaboration has the potential to make a lasting impact on the academic landscape for students and educators associated with both institutions.
