Policy on SGU Campus Operation during the Transition Period to the ‘New Normal’ – The Implementation of Phase 1

Respected Lecturers and Staff, Beloved Students,

Following the Indonesian Government’s recommendation to all community members about transition towards the “new normal” during this COVID-19 pandemic, SGU’s Rector Office has decided to implement phase 1 of the reopening of SGU campus operation. This phase is implemented by continuing to prioritise the safety and comfort of all lecturers, staff, and students. The following are guidelines that have to be followed by all lecturers, staff, and students during the implementation of this phase 1:

  1. SGU is starting the implementation of this phase 1 from Monday, 13 July 2020 until Friday, 31 July 2020. In accordance to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the regulation of the Government of Banten, this decision can be changed anytime.
  2. During the implementation of this phase 1, campus will be opened with limitations.
  3. During the implementation of this phase 1, the following lecturers and staff will return towork from the office:
    a. Staff of the Directorate of Communication,
    b. Staff of the Academic Administration Office who prepare the thesis defense,
    c. Lecturers and students who need to come to campus for the purpose of thesis defense, d. Lecturers, staff, and students who need to come to campus to complete their researchprojects or other urgent projects,
    e. Lecturers, staff, and students who need to come to campus for urgent reasons, otherthan those mentioned above.
  4. Lecturers and staff who need to come to campus for urgent matters have to obtain apermission from their respected Dean or Director.
  5. Lecturers and staff who need to come to campus have to fill in a Self-Assessment ofCOVID-19 Risk form through https://forms.gle/8EJHMNWAaMPmHiTe9, minimum one day before coming to campus. If they get a score of 5 and above, they have to report to SGU Covid-19 Hotline on 0812-1111-0980 (WhatsApp).
  6. Students who need to come to campus have to fill in a Self Assessment of COVID-19 Risk form through https://forms.gle/1nEFdGVmc9ifDprVA, minimum one day before coming to campus. If they get a score of 5 and above, they have to report to SGU Covid- 19 Hotline on 0812-1111-0980 (WhatsApp).
