Third Extension to The Implementation of Phase 1 Policy on SGU Campus Operation

Respected lecturers and staff, Beloved students,
In accordance with the extension of the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Tangerang Raya and DKI Jakarta, the Rector’s office has decided to extend the implementation of its phase 1 policy on SGU campus operation. During this time, the following shall apply:
- The extension of this phase 1 is effective until Sunday, 20 September 2020. In accordance to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the regulation of the Government of Banten, this decision can be changed anytime.
- During the implementation of this phase 1, campus will be opened with limitations.
- During the implementation of this phase 1, the following lecturers and staff will return towork from the office:
- Staff of the Directorate of Communication,
- Lecturers, staff, and students who need to come to campus to complete their researchprojects, practical classes, or other highly-important projects,
- Lecturers, staff, and students who need to come to campus for urgent matters, otherthan those mentioned above.
- Lecturers and staff who need to come to campus for these urgent matters have to obtain apermission from their respected Dean or Director.
- All practical classes are limited to a maximum of 3 (three) hours per session AND have to beconducted within the normal working hours.
- Before the start of the practical classes, SGU will ask parents to provide their consent ontheir children’s participation. The link of this digital consent form will be sent to parents indue time.
- SGU will also provide access to online materials for students who are not allowed by theirparents to attend the practical classes.
- Lecturers and staff who need to come to campus have to fill in a Self-Assessment ofCOVID-19 Risk form through https://forms.gle/8EJHMNWAaMPmHiTe9, minimum one day before coming to campus. If they are determined as having a high risk, they have to report to SGU Covid-19 Hotline on 0812-1111-0980 (WhatsApp).
- Students who need to come to campus have to fill in a Self-Assessment of COVID-19 Risk form through https://forms.gle/1nEFdGVmc9ifDprVA, minimum one day before coming to campus. If they are determined as having a high risk, they have to report to SGU Covid-19 Hotline on 0812-1111-0980 (WhatsApp).
- Lecturers, staff, and students who need to come to campus have to first report to the COVID-19 team located at SGU’s ground floor upon their arrival on campus. COVID-19 ground staff will check their temperature and their self-assessment form. Those who do not comply will not be allowed to enter campus area.
- While on campus, lecturers, staff, and students have to always follow the health protocols that have been distributed through the previous circular letter No. M/A0022/Rec/VI/2020 on 14 June 2020.
- Semester 4 (four) internship should only be done in companies that allow students to work from home. Permission will be given to students who want to do their internship in companies that require them to work from the office ONLY if the internship is conducted in the transition period between semester 4 (four) and semester 5 (five).
In response to the latest developments in the spread of Covid-19, especially in Jabodetabek area, we recommend that SGU civitas academica are always cautious and maintain personal health and hygiene and comply with regulations from the local government.
